With over 25 years of experience in sports development, Coach Ittso brings a wealth of knowledge in athletic conditioning, training methodology, and performance optimization. His passion lies in nurturing athletes of all ages and abilities, helping them reach their full potential through structured, progressive training.
Background & Expertise
Coach Ittso's diverse sporting background spans multiple disciplines including soccer, netball, baseball, softball, tennis, athletics, and aerobics. This multi-sport experience gives him unique insights into cross-training principles, injury prevention, and building well-rounded athletic fitness—all essential elements for distance runners looking to improve their performance and longevity in the sport.
As a certified fitness and conditioning coach and sports official, he understands not just how to train athletes, but how to develop complete, resilient sportspeople who can perform consistently.

Coach Ittso has represented Zimbabwe as an international baseball umpire at prestigious tournaments across Southern Africa, including:
